Humans of William & Mary 
Hey, My name is Maria and I’m a current sophomore at the college. I’m planning on starting a thing that is similar to humans of William and Mary for Chinese students. Is it possible that I can talk with any one of the member so that I can get some tips for interviewing?

We’re glad that our project could serve as a source of inspiration. Our team members generally avoid interviewing close friends. In some sense, the process of interviewing is more like a conversation, where we listen and share at the same time. There doesn’t have to be a theme or a topic. We usually talk about whatever is on our mind, or more crucially, what is on the interviewee’s mind. We then dig deeper and ask the why questions.
